About the Role
We're looking for an AI Digital Transformation Lead to drive end-to-end, AI-enabled commercial and marketing transformation for enterprise and high-growth clients. This role sits at the intersection of AI strategy, data, martech, and business execution, translating advanced AI capabilities into measurable revenue growth, operational efficiency, and improved customer experiences.
You'll lead high-impact client engagements, design AI-enabled operating models, and help organizations move from experimentation to scaled, production-ready AI adoption. This is a client-facing leadership role for someone who combines strong AI literacy with commercial acumen and proven change leadership.
What You'll Do
1. Commercial AI Strategy & Transformation Leadership
- Lead client engagements focused on AI-driven commercial and marketing transformation, delivering measurable impact across revenue, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Define AI-enabled operating models, capability roadmaps, and transformation plans across marketing, sales, and customer experience functions.
- Identify, prioritize, and validate high-value AI use cases across the commercial value chain—from acquisition and personalization to retention and lifetime value.
2. Martech, Data & AI Enablement
- Advise clients on the design, integration, and optimization of AI-enabled martech and data ecosystems, including CDP, CRM, Marketing Automation, AdTech, Analytics, and GenAI platforms.
- Translate complex AI and data concepts into clear, compelling commercial value narratives for executive and business stakeholders.
- Partner with internal delivery teams, data scientists, engineers, and technology vendors to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned to business objectives.
3. Executive Stakeholder & Change Leadership
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, guiding complex transformation decisions and driving cross-functional alignment.
- Lead change management efforts to embed AI into commercial workflows, enabling adoption, capability uplift, and new ways of working.
- Manage and coordinate technology partners and vendors to ensure delivery quality and outcome accountability.
4. Value Realization & Performance Optimization
- Define success metrics, KPIs, and value-tracking frameworks to measure the impact of AI and digital investments on revenue, margin, and customer experience.
- Continuously assess post-implementation performance, identifying opportunities to optimize, scale, and evolve AI-enabled capabilities.
- Support clients in moving from pilots to production, ensuring AI initiatives deliver sustained, long-term business value.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong experience in AI-enabled digital transformation, commercial strategy, or technology-led business transformation.
- Solid understanding of AI, data, analytics, and Generative AI and how they drive commercial outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with martech ecosystems (CRM, CDP, Marketing Automation, Analytics, AdTech).
- Proven ability to lead client engagements and influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business impact.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
